My Adopted Family
A new conceptual project, comprising of three strands. Strand one is a catalogue of my family where my collection of objects have become an extension of me, literally and metaphorically. I really like working in a series. Perhaps because it can be as big or small as you wish, or possibly that you don’t quite know what direction it may take you in. My home is filled with objects collected over time, they have become my family. So this is how this new project came about - the desire to formalise their existence.
